Saturday class is run by Emily and focuses on Hatha Yoga with mindfulness and meditation.
Tuesday class is run by Emily and it is a fitness class that aims to keep us fit in this lockdown, it will focus on cardio and fat burn. It is suitable for all ages so come along and have a go.
From a spiritual upbringing of crystals and tree hugging Emily has been drawn to follow a spiritual path. Through the art of dance as a child she became aware of how important the health and well being of your physical body is and passionate about creating strength and an upright posture and flexible body. She became a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching a large variety of fitness and well being classes all over the world which led her to train as a yoga teacher in India and continued her travels and teaching in countries such as Spain, Greece and Saudi Arabia and Philippines. She has worked with a variety of clients from all different backgrounds and abilities and has an inner wisdom on how they need to heal. From her own continuous inner work Emily is passionate about mental well being and an advocate for meditation and mindfulness.
